Shipping
- We ship within the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not available.
- Orders leave our U.S. fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, USD $5.
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days, USD $9.
- U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75.
- Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & claims
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label where applicable.
Once a claim is approved we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Where the issue was caused by Aurea Vital or our fulfilment partner, there is no return or replacement shipping charge. For complete claims we aim to respond within two business days.
If tracking shows a parcel as lost or it has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Because these are ingestible wellness products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or issue change-of-mind refunds, and opened or used products cannot be returned. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Incorrect, unclaimed or refused deliveries are not refundable, and reshipment may incur a charge.
Changes or cancellations can only be made before fulfilment begins and cannot be guaranteed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
